The Stock Control module

The Stock Control module is designed to hold an inventory of the goods and services your organisation provides.

Use Stock Control to:

• Keep a record of your stock items.
• Organise the structure of stock items, using:

  • Product groups to group similar stock items together.

  • Units of measure to calculate stock quantities and values.

  • Search categories to search for stock items.

  • Warehouses if your business uses multiple locations.

• Set up product groups and stock items to use traceable numbers.
• Record the movement of items in and out of stock.
• Manage stock levels and value.
• Monitor and analyse stock information.
• Produce standard reports such as:
  • Status reports.
  • Stock listings.
  • Details of traceable items.
  • Detailed analysis of transactions.
  • Stock takes.
